Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Denali Rods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the guidelines below to understand how refunds and exchanges are handled.


1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please:

  1. Inspect your order upon receipt.

  2. Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  3. Keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

We will work with you to determine whether the item should be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved.


2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery on items that are:

  • Brand new

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With original tags attached

If your item meets these requirements, we are happy to exchange it for another product of equal value.

Please note:
All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. This includes return shipping to Denali Rods and shipping costs for the replacement item.

To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number before sending any items back.


3. Refunds

We offer refunds within 30 days of delivery on items that are:

  • Brand new

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With original tags attached

All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. This includes return shipping to Denali Rods. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
